EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

Pharmaceutical Horizons, Worthington OH, February 2005-present. Computer programmer (part-
        time): responsible for adjusting code to reflect changes in pharmaceutical rebate
        contracts using MS-SQL, other SQL programming and related duties as needed for
        processing quarterly rebate submissions, miscellaneous IT-related duties as needed,
        including occasional use of Word and Excel VBA, and VBScript.

CallTech Communications LLC, Columbus OH, February 2004-February 2005. Verizon DSL
        phone technical support.

Exact Software North America (formerly Macola Software), Marion OH, January 2002-May 2003.
        Software developer: responsible for development for accounting and manufacturing
        software package using Visual Basic and SQL. Package includes support for multiple
        languages (spoken), currencies, and web software updates. Company is international
        and development involved coordination with other developers around the world.

William R. Lau & Associates, Reynoldsburg OH, March 1999-January 2002. Software
        developer: responsible for development and occasional on-site support using Visual
        Basic, SQL, VBScript (ASP), HTML, Visual RPG, and RoboHelp software (creates
        Windows help files). Wrote intranet encyclopedia for customer using VB, VBScript and
        HTML, and accessing multiple SQL tables, allowing customer to modify links/structure of
        website by changing data in SQL tables without touching any VB, VBScript or HTML.
        Also wrote in-house web-based phone messaging program using the same technologies.

Bank One, Columbus OH, as a contractor with Strategic Resource Partners, Columbus OH, July
        1998-February 1999. Technical analyst: responsible for programming for Conversion
        Services Department as necessary to convert data of banks purchased by Bank One to
        Bank One format, using COBOL, EasyTrieve, File-Aid, TSO, and Windows 95.
        Completed week-long in-house courses in beginning and intermediate EasyTrieve.

American Electric Power, Columbus OH, September 1997-May 1998. Computer programmer:
        responsible for programming and production support in the MACSS (Marketing,
        Accounting, Customer Service System) Project, using COBOL, Install/1 architecture,
        SQL, JCL, Platinum, Intertest, DB/2, OS/2 and Windows 3.1.

Vertex Systems Corporation, Worthington OH, April 1996-August 1997, October-December
        1999. Computer programmer: responsible for developing, testing, and support of
        accounting software package for rehabilitation facilities using DIBOL, Windows 3.11,
        DOS, VAX and UNIX.

Victoria's Secret Stores, Reynoldsburg OH, as a temporary employee of Moore Technical
        Services, Dublin OH, September 1995-April 1996. I/O clerk: responsible for routine
        functions to maintain various printers, setting print servers, operating VT420 and AS/400
        terminals, and delivering reports.

Kreber Graphics, Columbus OH, January 1995-August 1995. Archiver: responsible for using
        Macintoshes to back up various tapes and disks containing graphic images, database
        maintenance, and programming in AppleScript, a Macintosh task automation language.

Nationwide Insurance Company, Columbus OH, January 1991-January 1995 (first three months
        as a temporary employee). Sorter Clerk/Mail Meter Clerk. Perfect attendance award for
        all three full calendar years worked at Nationwide.

        for demo, and sample code for viewing, at an interview. Have own Web page (address
        above); hand-wrote most code displayed, designed graphics. Have written a DOS menu
        in C with multiple sub-menus and a built-in screen saver for own personal computer.
        Have installed modems, CD-ROMs, sound cards, hard drives and RAM on PCs. Sample

        minor in computer and information science (programming and algorithms track).
