Dear Christian Friends in Japan and in the U.S.,
 
Masa's and Mari's Greetings from Japan,
Hope you are doing well.  We are grateful that God has been shaping us and molding us into Jesus' image.  In this report, I would like to share my weekly schedule and a long term plan with you.  My weekly schedule is as follows:
 
Sunday: Sunday morning worship service with Yokota brothers and sisters, Japanese worship service in the afternoon, and Evening worship service with Yokota brothers and sisters.
Monday: I have tried to take a day off, but it does not always happen.
Tuesday: Bible study with a young Japanese man 10:30-12:00.  Bible study with three Japanese 19:00-20:30  (45 min. reading Read Aloud Bible Stories and 45 min. studying Japanese Bible).
Wednesday: Wed evening study
Thursday: Read Aloud Bible Stories study with two Japanese women 10:30-11:30.  Teaching Greek I for JSE (Japan School of Evangelism) 15:00-16:30.
Friday: Teaching Greek I for JSE 13:00-14:30.
Saturday: Bible Study with a middle aged man 12:00-13:30.
 
I also teach a short course (Introduction to Biblical studies) for JSE.   On Friday morning, an old Japanese man studied the Bible with man for a half year until a month ago.  Because he has changed his job, he had to quit it.  He has expressed to study the Bible more.  
 
Here is a long term plan this year.  I would like to plan something for Japanese people every month. 
April: Japanese Pot Luck, inviting those of my students and those around the community into a light lunch and fellowship with Americans.
May: Parenting Seminar, inviting my students and those mothers and fathers around the community.
July: A one week class for children to learn English.  A one week class for their parents to learn the Bible.
August: A one week class for children to learn English.  A one week class for their parents to learn the Bible.
September: An American cooking class for Japanese wives.
October: Japanese Pot Luck
November: An American cooking class for Japanese wives. 
December: Christmas Japanese Pot Luck
