- Denman Forum
The Denman Undergraduate Research Forum provides a means for undergraduate students to share their research with members and friends of the OSU community; recognizes the significant contributions to research by OSU undergraduates; and facilitates exchange between students, faculty, and the public.
- Meek Industrial Lectureship
Devon W. Meek Industrial Lectureship was begun in 1989. Faculty of the Chemistry Department choose a distinguished industrial researcher, who gives two lectures, one typically on a scientific topic of current social relevance. Also, as part of the Meek Lecture, undergraduate researchers in the Chemistry Department present their research to the faculty, staff, students and invited guests.
- Central Ohio Undergraduate Research Symposium
COURS is a local student research symposium that meets each October in the Central Ohio area. The goals of COURS are to showcase undergraduate chemistry and biochemistry research at area colleges and universities and to promote interaction between students, faculty, and local professional chemists.
