External Resources:
There are many external resources available to the students, faculty and staff of the Chemistry department. A partial list follows:

Facilities & Services:
   The Department of Chemistry employees approximately 60 full-time staff in support of its teaching and research efforts. Services provided by these staff members include expert glassware repair and fabrication by our master glassblower, Tim Henthorn, scientific equipment fabrication and repair by well staffed machine and electronics shops. Additional scientific support facilities include an analytical spectroscopy laboratory, with instruments for all areas of chemistry, a nuclear magnetic resonance laboratory, a surface analysis facility, and an xray crystallography laboratory.
