Please report problems and submit requests via email.
Email is much preferred over phone calls. We will make an effort to get back to you within
24 hours of your request and work on your problem as soon as we can.
Stopping us in the hallway is not an effective way to get your needs addressed.
If you wish to talk to us in person, please make sure that you talk to the
right person. We each have responsibilities and areas of expertise (see below). If
you are using the Computer Lab 2105 NW and encounter a problem on a PC or Mac, please
see a PC or Mac administrator, not a Unix administrator.
