Students who drop out and employees who are terminated may have their account privileges revoked immediately at the discretion of the Department.
Unless requested otherwise, forwarding of email for users who have left will be discontinued once their accounts are removed (after their grace periods expire).
In general, Computer Support will not forward email messages that already reside on the server for departed users. Forwarding individual email messages as well as setting personal email forwards are the responsibility of the users.
