How to access OhioLink e-journals from off-campus
(for OSU faculty, staff, and students)

- Go to the OSU Libraries main webpage at
http://www.lib.ohio-state.edu.
- Under the Help menu, select "Off-Campus Access".
- Login/authenticate using your osu.edu account username and password.
- Click on "E-journals", then on "OhioLINK Electronic Journal Center".
- Find the journal in which you are interested, and click on its link to display
the Electronic Journal Center's pertinent holdings, tables of contents, etc.
- To get an article, you MUST click on the link at the upper-righthand
corner entitled "Link to Publisher's Homepage". This will take you to the
ACS webpage, but the address displayed will be prefaced by "proxy.lib.ohio-state.edu".
- From there, you can navigate and select journals as in the past. As long as
you do not close the ACS page with the proxy address, you can navigate to other
journals, etc.
