To forward your mail on a Unix computer, you should create a file in your home directory with the name '.forward'. This file should contain a single line for each E-mail address to which you wish your mail to be forwarded.

On the chemistry Unix server, you can also use the command

    set-forward

which will ask you questions to lead you through the procedure and will make the file for you.

However, we generally recommended that you receive all your email on chemistry.
